The apartment was spacious and child-friendly, with a pool and gym for added convenience. The location, next to a mall and market, was excellent. Good value overall.

The hotel was walking distance to bcs mall. We found Sushi Tei to dine in 400 feet from the property. We do recommend staying here. Located in 20 minutes' drive to the airport...

Good sized rooms. Taste the food in Roasteree Social Bar, you only need to walk 200 feet to reach it. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose bcc hotel & residence.

The hotel is in a great location as it is near to the shopping mall and A2 food court. The staff's service is fantastic and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing with a large variety of food from different cuisines.

The shower heat was not always consistent.

Stayed in the premium deluxe suite for 3 nights. Hotel and facilities are very new and in great condition. Loved the open concept of the toilet with a full functional jacuzzi - we enjoyed it! Masseuses at the Flora spa (in-house) were experienced. Gym is well equipped and the pool is small but in great condition. Enjoyed the jacuzzi set in the pool with a view of the gym - awesome view of hubby working out;) Friendly service with great hospitality - will definitely stay again during next visit.

Toilet did not have steaming hot water at first - lukewarm at best, also safe was not secured to the cabinet! However hotel staff gave us a change of room, when these issues were brought up. Would be great if the gym water cooler supply was automatically topped up. Some spa facilities such as milk bath are advertised but not yet available. Finallly, complimentary pick-up and drop-off at the HarbourBay ferry terminal would be a most welcome addition.

Its new, breakfast provided, good food, nice pool, next to the mall, good location, friendly staff, free WiFi, jacuzzi in the room.

This place is conveniently located next to a shopping centre, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. The staff here are familiar with customer service and are always polite and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The on-site restaurant and bar provide delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room are a nice touch. The television offers a variety of channels to keep me entertained. The hotel also has a swimming pool and fitness centre for some leisurely activities. this venue provides a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff here could benefit from some customer service training to improve their service. There were a few requests that were not passed down properly.

the room was excellent ,brand new ,very friendly staffs ,excellent service ,the best hotel i have stayed anywhere before ,keep up the good work,and the swimming pool and the sauna and the steam room well maintained and very clean .i love this hotel ,in fact goin there again soon.nearby shopping complexes for shopping and a lot of food stalls nearby ,just walking distance .

Though just 1 yr old, the room smell terrible .. stale air. ... Need to air it regularly. Another room that has a window that that can be opened does not has this issue.

The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable bed and a great view of the surrounding area. The gym was impressive with modern equipment. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and nearby restaurants. Best aspect: The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to offer assistance with a smile.

The breakfast was mediocre, with limited options and the quality of the food was not up to par with a four-star hotel. Worst aspect: The WiFi connection was poor and not reliable, making it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season.

Room comfort, ease of transport (taxi), friendly hotel staff, good location.

The food quality seemed to deteriorate from our last visit (buffet breakfast and room service). Hotel management should look into this issue. Otherwise visitors would feel shortchanged (food taste and quality is not justified by the cost of the food especially for room service).

The breakfast spread was decent and provided a variety of options. , the location was very convenient as it was easily accessible via public transportation and close to several shops and restaurants. the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for staying connected during my work trip.

My overall experience was subpar. The rooms were outdated and in dire need of renovation, and the customer service left much to be desired.
